Product launches, partnership news and leadership changes are released here first, with a background note and the figures behind any claim we make.
Off the record, on the record
The press office will talk to a journalist before a story runs to correct a factual error, and will not do a background briefing that cannot be quoted. Neither of those is a condition of speaking to us.
Media assets
Logo files, brand guidance, executive portraits and B-roll of the product are supplied on request, along with a short statement a newsroom can use without rewriting it.
Corrections
If an announcement turns out to be wrong, it is corrected on this page with the original text visible, because a silent edit is the fastest way to lose a reader's trust.
For anything that is not a media enquiry, the support desk will answer faster than the press office will.
