Private Banking

Investors

This is where the bank reports on itself: the numbers, the filings, and the management commentary that goes with them. Anything published here is also available to customers, because a bank should not keep two versions of its own story.

Reporting calendar

Full-year results, half-year results and quarterly management statements are published on announced dates, with the presentation and the underlying data released at the same moment.

What we measure

Net interest income, cost of risk, cost-to-income and customer retention are the four numbers management is judged on. A month with strong lending and weak retention is not treated as a good month.

Capital and funding

Capital ratios, liquidity coverage and the funding mix are set out in each reporting pack, together with the assumptions behind them and the sensitivity to a change in rates.

Shareholder services

Dividend history, registrar contact details, the shareholder FAQ and the annual general meeting arrangements are collected in one place so the admin of owning shares takes less time than the decision to own them.

Analyst estimates, price targets and trading recommendations are not published or endorsed here.
