Careers
We hire fewer people than we would like to and pay them properly. Most roles are customer-facing, engineering or risk, and all of them are expected to be able to explain the product they work on.
How hiring works
A short application, a paid work task rather than an interview where you perform, and a conversation with the team you would join. Feedback goes to every candidate who reaches the work task, including the ones we do not hire.
Ways of working
Roles are remote-first with a team day each week and a quarterly gathering. Hours are recorded, not performed, and a role that quietly expects evenings is corrected rather than celebrated.
Pay and progression
Each role sits in a published band, the band is disclosed in the advert, and progression is a written case reviewed by a panel rather than a conversation with one manager.
Where to start
Engineering, customer operations, risk and compliance, and the graduate scheme are recruited continuously. If nothing on the list fits, a short note about what you can do is read by somebody.
This is a demo prototype, so the vacancies listed here are illustrative rather than live.
